Based on the Notice of termination of investment project activities for the Investment Project to build an inter-provincial bus station (Hai Thanh Bus Station) in Hai Thanh ward, Duong Kinh district, Hai Phong city dated May 15, 2024 of Hai Phong Bus Station Joint Stock Company, the Department of Finance issued Notice No. 131/TB-KHDT dated May 17, 2024 on the termination of the above Project.
The investment project "Construction of inter-provincial bus station (Hai Thanh Bus Station) in Hai Thanh ward, Duong Kinh district, Hai Phong city" of Hai Phong Bus Station Joint Stock Company was decided on investment policy by the People's Committee of Hai Phong city in Decision No. 1160/QD-UBND dated May 28, 2018. Accordingly, the project is implemented in Hai Thanh ward, Duong Kinh district, Hai Phong city, with the goal of investing in building a type 1 passenger bus station according to national technical regulations on passenger bus stations. Up to now, because Hai Phong Bus Station Joint Stock Company no longer needs to continue implementing the project, the Investor has carried out procedures to notify the termination of project operations according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 48 of the Investment Law and Clause 1, Point a, Clause 2, Article 57 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated December 26, 2020.3/2021 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law.
Hai Phong City Department of Finance respectfully informs relevant organizations and individuals. Hai Phong Bus Station Joint Stock Company is responsible for liquidating the Project according to legal regulations./.
