On the afternoon of September 16, at To Hieu Political School, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City's Party agencies organized a conference of officials to thoroughly grasp the resolution and action program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the City's Party agencies, term 2025 - 2030; Directive No. 50-CT/TW, dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on "Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period" and launching a donation program to support the Cuban People on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba. Comrade Do Manh Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party agencies attended and directed the Conference.
Attending the Conference were members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee: Hoang Quoc Thuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party agencies; Nguyen Duc Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Van Phu, Principal of To Hieu School of Politics.
At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the city's Party agencies launched a donation program to support the Cuban People on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba; awarded the amount of VND 200 million from the Party Committee and City Party agencies to support the Cuban People through the City Red Cross Society.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Do Manh Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the city's Party agencies stated that the first Party Congress of the city's Party agencies, term 2025 - 2030, was a success, opening a new stage of development. The Congress had a democratic discussion, high consensus, and passed a Resolution with the theme: "Innovating thinking, upgrading strategic consulting strategies; strengthening discipline and discipline; building a clean and comprehensively strong Party Committee; excellently completing tasks, pioneering the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Hai Phong City Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030." At the same time, the Congress also affirmed the motto of action during its term: "Solidarity - Democracy -Discipline - Creativity - Efficiency." For the rapporteur, it is necessary to communicate clearly and easily, emphasizing new points, goals, targets, breakthroughs, tasks, and main solutions that need to be implemented during the term.
Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of City Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030, is the crystallization of the intelligence, will, and desire for innovation and development of the entire Party Committee. Thoroughly grasping, studying and organizing the implementation of the Resolution is the key step to turning the decisions of the Congress into a vivid reality in life. From thoroughly grasping and studying the Resolution, there will be high unity in awareness and action throughout the Party, building political determination, a sense of responsibility, and putting the Resolution into practice in the direction and administration of party committees, units, and socio-political organizations under the City Party agencies.
At the Conference, delegates thoroughly grasped the Congress Resolution and the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030. In particular, clearly evaluated the results achieved, limitations, causes and lessons learned in the past term; clarify the topic, action motto, main targets, tasks, solutions and key tasks in the 2025 - 2030 term.
