Hai Phong implements the "Together Success" model to accompany and support investors and businesses

According to Plan 220/KH-UBND on improving the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) for the 2025-2026 period recently issued by the City People's Committee, the city will implement 73 specific tasks to continue to strongly improve the investment and business environment, accompany businesses, and build a serving government. The city's goal is to maintain its PCI ranking in the Top 5 of the country.

In the Plan to improve the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) for the period 2025-2026, Hai Phong city emphasizes the implementation of the "Succeed Together" model to accompany, support and care for investors and businesses throughout the production and business process. This is not only support for administrative procedures, but also attachment, sharing and creating favorable conditions for businesses to develop sustainably, with the view: "The success of investors and businesses is the success of Hai Phong city".

The model is expected to officially apply from October 1, 2025. Investors and businesses can find information and carry out administrative procedures through the electronic information portals of departments, branches, branches and localities for timely guidance and support.

The City People's Committee requires departments, branches, and localities to publicize the list of contact points and hotline numbers to support investors and businesses; At the same time, provide detailed instructions on processes, forms and support in implementing online administrative procedures. The city will deploy an AI virtual assistant to automatically answer questions and a direct appointment booking system to create maximum convenience for businesses in the application process.

The City People's Committee also emphasized the need for authorities at all levels to promote dynamism and transparency; a team of dedicated, responsible, creative civil servants, following the spirit of “Decisive action – Dedicated to serving businesses”. The city will continue to create conditions for businesses to quickly enter the market, and at the same time deploy the model "Connecting conditional business license procedures" at departments, branches and localities to support businesses more effectively./.
