On the implementation of issuance of C/O and Document of Approval according to Decree No. 146/2025/ND-CP and Circular No. 40/2025/TT-BCT.
Since August 30, 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade of Hai Phong City will carry out the task of issuing all types of Certificates of Origin (C/O) and giving written approval to traders to self-certify the origin of exported goods (Approval Document) according to Decree No. 146/2025/ND-CP and Circular No. 40/2025/TTBCT.
