The investment project to build an office area, wedding center and restaurant in Anh Dung ward, Duong Kinh district of Thanh To Joint Stock Company was decided by the City People's Committee and approved to adjust the investment policy and approved the investor in Decision No. 945/QD-UBND dated May 2, 2018 and No. 2829/QD-UBND dated September 30, 2021.
On December 30, 2022, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 4620/QD-UBND to recover land managed by Thanh To Joint Stock Company in Anh Dung ward, Duong Kinh district because the land use term expired but was not extended.
The Department of Finance of Hai Phong city decided to terminate the project because the Investor was not allowed to continue using the investment location and did not carry out procedures to adjust the investment location within 06 months from the date of not being allowed to continue using the investment location in the case of termination of operations as prescribed in Point b, Clause 2, Article 48 of the Investment Law.
Thanh To Joint Stock Company is responsible for completing procedures for liquidating investment projects and fulfilling investor obligations according to the provisions of law.
The Department of Finance of Hai Phong city respectfully informs the Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, People's Committee of Duong Kinh district, People's Committee of Anh Dung ward and relevant departments, branches and localities to coordinate management; Relevant organizations and individuals are known./.
