Implement the direction of the Central Vietnam Red Cross Society, City Party Committee, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; The Red Cross of Hai Phong city has coordinated with relevant departments and branches to implement a campaign program to support the Cuban people "65 years of friendship between Vietnam and Cuba" in Hai Phong city, the program takes place in 65 days (from August 13, 2025 to October 16, 2025).
After more than 2 months of implementation, the program has received widespread attention and response from agencies, units, groups, individuals, and benefactors and achieved good results demonstrating the loyalty, compassion, and gratitude of the Vietnamese people in general, and the people of Hai Phong city in particular, towards the Cuban people.
The Red Cross of Hai Phong city announced the end of the campaign to support the Cuban people "65 years of friendship between Vietnam and Cuba" in Hai Phong city from October 17, 2025. Account 1505, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank stops receiving funds to support the Cuban People from October 17, 2025.
Results of receiving funds to support the Cuban People in Hai Phong city with the amount of 11,855,872,000 VND (in words: Eleven billion eight hundred fifty-five million, eight hundred seventy-two thousand VND) transferred to account 2022 (Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank) of the Central Vietnam Red Cross Society.
