Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee emphasized: The training conference was organized by Steering Committee 35 of the City Party Committee to provide knowledge, skills and expertise; Raise awareness for members of Steering Committee 35 and the advisory and assisting forces in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, meeting task requirements in the new situation.
