(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 19, at the Trumpet House - Nguyen Du Flower Garden, the city's Department of Foreign Affairs organized an exhibition of books and photos of foreign countries and localities that have cooperative relations with Hai Phong city.
>City students can understand more about their country, people, and culture through vivid photos and books displayed at the Exhibition.
The program was attended by representatives of leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Education and Training, Department of Culture and Sports; Vietnam - China Friendship Association; together with representatives of the Board of Directors of Primary and Secondary Schools with prize-winning students, instructors and students who won the 2024 Children's Drawing Contest of Ningbo City (China).
At the Exhibition, the following activities take place: Displaying publications and photos introducing countries and localities that have cooperative relations with Vietnam and the city. Through the Exhibition, helping city people understand more about your country, people, and culture through vivid displayed photos.
>Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Thi Bich Dung awarded the First Prize notification from the Competition Organizing Committee to Nguyen Quynh Anh, Class 5A, Nhan Hoa Primary School, Vinh Bao district with the work Future environment.
Along with that, there was the Awarding Ceremony of winning the Children's Drawing Contest organized by Ningbo city, Zhejiang province (China) in 2024. This contest attracted 1,000 entries from home and abroad, including 400 works from Korea, Japan, Poland, Belarus, Russia, France... As a result, the Organizing Committee chose to award 62 prizes to international authors, of which Hai Phong had 14 winning works including 01 First prize, 07 Second prizes and 06 Third prizes. The winning works will be exhibited at the Ningbo City Library in June 2024.
