Organize training courses on bidding skills

On May 31, 2022, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Circular 08/2022/TT-BKHDT detailing the provision and posting of information on bidding and contractor selection on the National Bidding Network System. The Circular takes effect from August 1, 2022. Hai Phong Bidding Consulting Center plans to organize a bidding professional training course with the following contents:
I. Purpose and requirements:

The training course helps investors, contractors, contractors, and individuals who participate in the course to achieve the following goals:

– Complete a training course on basic bidding skills;

– Improve professional capacity and expertise in bidding work. Update new regulations and effectively apply Circular 08/2022/TT-BKHDT dated May 31, 2022 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment detailing the provision and posting of information on bidding and contractor selection on the National Bidding Network System. In particular, the Circular takes effect from August 1, 2022 and replaces circulars: No. 01/2015/TT-BKHDT, 03/2015/TT-BKHDT, 05/2015/TT-BKHDT, 14/2016/TT-BKHDT, No. 04/2017/TT-BKHDT, No. 05/2018/TT-BKHDT, No. 11/2019/TT-BKHDT; No. 05/2020/TT-BKHDT.

II. Detailed information on bidding professional training course, updating regulations on Circular 08/2022/TT-BKHDT dated May 31, 2022 in Hai Phong according to official dispatch No. 168/CV-TVDT dated July 1, 2022 of Hai Phong Bidding Consulting Center.
