(Haiphong.gov.vn) - With a high sense of responsibility, the 24th Session (Thematic Session) of the XVI City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, has completed the proposed program contents.

At the meeting, the City People's Council reviewed the Proposals of the City People's Committee, the verification reports of the City People's Council Committees, and the draft Resolution presented by the Secretary of the meeting. The City People's Council delegates raised their sense of responsibility, carefully researched the issues and voted and unanimously approved 05 thematic resolutions including: (1) Adjustment and supplementation (13th time) of the city's medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025. (2) Adjustment and supplementation (1st time) of the City's public investment plan in 2025. (3) Detailed allocation of a number of funds in Resolution No. 94/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2024 of the City People's Council. (4). Provide financial support for the City Police to take over the management function of drug addiction treatment and post-detoxification management in the city. (5)Decision to add the number of people working for salary from the state budget and adjust the number of labor contracts of Hai Phong city in 2025.

The City People's Council also passed 02 Resolutions on human resources work under the authority of the City People's Council.
