(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of March 13, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council met to check, listen and give opinions on the draft Resolutions submitted to the 24th Session (Thematic Session) of the XVI City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 and the preparation of the Meeting. Comrade Pham Van Lap, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council chaired the meeting.
In attendance were comrades: Bui Duc Quang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council; Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Leaders of the City People's Council and relevant departments and branches.
The 24th session (thematic session) will consider and give opinions on the following contents: Adjustments and supplements (12th time) to the city's medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025. Adjustments and supplements (1st time) to the city's public investment plan in 2025. Detailed allocation of some funds in Resolution No. 94/NQ-HDND dated January 8 December 2024 of the City People's Council. Provide financial support for the City Police to take over the management function of drug addiction treatment and post-detoxification management in the city. Assigning additional number of workers, adjusting the number of state budget-paid labor contracts in public service units in the city in 2025. Personnel work according to authority.
