(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of August 15, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council held a meeting to agree on the content and time of the 19th session (thematic session) of the XVI City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026. Comrade Pham Van Lap, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council chaired the meeting.
