The Ministry of Planning and Investment has issued Official Dispatch No. 2278/BKHDT-DTNN dated April 22, 2021 on converting the National Information System on Investment, thereby announcing that the Ministry of Planning and Investment has upgraded the National Information System on Investment (System) to a new version.
To deploy and operate the new System, the Department of Finance guides investors and businesses as follows:
1. From April 26, 2021, the National Information System on Investment from the domain name http://dautunuocngoai.gov.vn/ will move to the domain name http://vietnaminvest.gov.vn and the National Information System on Foreign Investment will move to the domain name http://fdi.gov.vn.
Detailed instructions for using the new system are posted on the System (User Instructions section).
2. Investors and economic organizations with investment projects in the city carry out online investment procedures on the System according to the provisions of Articles 38, 39 and 40 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law.
Detailed instructions on implementing online investment procedures have been posted on the System (User Instructions section).
3. Investors and economic organizations with investment projects in the city must register for accounts (in case they have not previously registered) and comply with the online reporting regime on the System as prescribed in Article 102 and Article 104 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021.
