Decision of the Department of Finance on the announcement of the list of newly issued, amended, and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of investment in Vietnam and outward investment from Vietnam in Hai Phong City.
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government dated February 19, 2025;
Pursuant to the Government's Decrees: No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010, on controlling administrative procedures; No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013, and No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 7, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees related to controlling administrative procedures; No. 61/2018/ND-CP dated April 23, 2018, on implementing the one-stop, one-sheet interlinked mechanism during the pilot phase; No. 107/2021/ND-CP dated December 6, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP dated April 23, 2018, of the Government on implementing the one-stop, one-sheet interlinked mechanism during the pilot phase; No. 104/2022/ND-CP dated December 21, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees related to the submission and presentation of household registration numbers and personal identification papers when carrying out administrative procedures and providing public services; No. 45/2020/ND-CP dated April 8, 2020, on implementing administrative procedures on the new registration platform; No. 42/2022/ND-CP dated June 24, 2022, on providing information and online public services of state agencies on the new registration platform;
Pursuant to the Circulars of the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office: No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated October 31, 2017, guiding professional operations on controlling administrative procedures; No. 01/2018/TT-VPCP dated November 23, 2018, guiding the implementation of a number of provisions of Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP dated April 23, 2018, on implementing the one-stop, one-sheet interlinked mechanism during the pilot phase;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2469/QD-BKHDT dated October 25, 2024, of the Minister of Planning and Investment on the announcement of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of investment in Vietnam and outward investment from Vietnam falling under the management scope of the Ministry of Planning and Investment; Decision No. 453/QD-BKHDT dated February 17, 2025, of the Minister of Planning and Investment on the announcement of newly issued administrative procedures in the field of investment in Vietnam falling under the management scope of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
