Construction of commercial housing, social housing and synchronous social and technical infrastructure projects, specifically:
– Educational works, public service works with land use area of ​​50,286.5 m2. In the educational land plot, there will be construction of: kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school (inter-level school), specifically:
+ 01 09-storey commercial and service area with a total construction floor area of ​​57,987.9 m2.
+ 01 preschool ensuring facilities for 800 students;
+ 01 primary school with guaranteed capacity for 1,040 students;
+ 01 inter-level secondary and high school with capacity of 1,520 students.
+ 01 cultural - physical training and sports center with a total construction floor area of ​​6,083.3 m2;
+ 01 market with total construction floor area of ​​2,539.9 m2;
+ 01 medical project with a total construction floor area of ​​1,310.8 m2.
– Construction of commercial housing, townhouses and villas with a total of 1,537 units (rough construction and complete exterior). In there:
+ Townhouse type housing is 1,420 units, 03 to 04 floors high, total construction floor area is 473,091.0 m2.
+ Villa-type housing with 117 units, 04 floors high, total floor area 99,511.5 m2.
– Social housing built in the form of apartments on 02 land plots with a total area of ​​48,682.2 m2; includes 1,698 units.
– Build a synchronous technical infrastructure system, including water supply and drainage systems, power supply systems, lighting systems, communication systems, roads and green parks. For Ring Road 2 within the scope of the Project: Invest in a part of the road with the scale: Side=2x6m, Side=2x6m, Bdpc=2x1m.
– Build a synchronous technical infrastructure system for the on-site resettlement area to serve project site clearance, including water supply and drainage system, power supply system, lighting system, communication system, roads and green parks according to approved planning to meet the resettlement needs of 300 resettled households, divided into 04 subdivisions.

– Operational term of the project: 50 years, from the date the investor decides to allocate or lease land.
– Project implementation progress:
+ Progress of capital contribution and mobilization of capital sources: According to the construction progress of works under the Project.
+ Progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation: 66 months from the date the City People's Committee issued the Decision on land allocation and land lease.
