(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of April 9, comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation chaired a working session between city leaders and FPT Group and signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement.

He said that breakthrough development in science and technology and digital transformation is not only a trend, but also an inevitable requirement of the socio-economic development practice of Vietnam in general and Hai Phong in particular. Hai Phong chooses FPT as an important partner to promote digital transformation in all fields,At the same time, create favorable conditions to help FPT successfully build FPT's ecosystem in Hai Phong city - the driving economic growth pole in the North.

At the meeting, city leaders and FPT Group signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement between digital transformation, science and technology development, innovation and training of high-quality human resources in Hai Phong city until 2030.
The content of the agreement includes: Developing synchronous and modern digital infrastructure and platforms; Developing the Digital Economy and supporting businesses in digital transformation; Developing the Science, Technology and Innovation Ecosystem; Develop high-tech Industrial Park and related functional areas; Developing high quality human resources; Building and perfecting institutions; Digital data development; Building Digital Government; Developing digital society.
The city will create favorable conditions for FPT Group to approach departments, divisions and branches of Hai Phong city to research and understand their operations, find out the current situation and needs for science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation of Hai Phong city.
