1. Cooperative Law 2023
Cooperative Law No. 17/2023/QH15 was passed by the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 5th Session on June 20, 2023.
The Cooperative Law 2023 takes effect from July 1, 2024; The provisions in Clause 3 and Clause 4, Article 115 of the Law on Cooperatives 2023 take effect from September 1, 2023.
Law on Cooperatives No. 23/2012/QH13 expires from the effective date of the Law on Cooperatives 2023, except for the provisions in Clause 5, Article 115 of the Law on Cooperatives 2023.
