GIVING CEREMONY OF A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE OF HAI PHONG CITY AND PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION GROUP
Implementing the direction of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city, on July 12, 2026, the Department of Finance of Hai Phong city and Pacific Construction Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding on sustainable socio-economic development cooperation in Hai Phong city. The Memorandum of Understanding is the basis for the parties to implement cooperation activities, share experiences, connect, and exchange information with the participation of agencies and units of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and Pacific Construction Group, contributing to the synchronous development of the urban infrastructure system, promoting investment attraction, and promoting sustainable socio-economic development of the city.
On July 28, 2026, the Memorandum of Cooperation ceremony between Hai Phong City Department of Finance and Pacific Construction Group was held. At the ceremony, the two sides agreed to soon realize the signed contents to bring practical results for the development of Hai Phong city and the Pacific Construction Group.
