(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 9, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan chaired a meeting to review damage and urge work to overcome the consequences caused by Storm No. 3. At the meeting, departments, branches and localities reported on the damage and recovery work caused by Storm No. 3. Accordingly, the electricity, water supply, and telecommunications sectors have completed 60 to 80% of the work volume.; except for two divided areas, Cat Hai and Bach Long Vi island districts.

The two units requested the city to support excavators, bulldozers and cranes to handle large volumes of trash.
