Along with that, review, adjust and supplement welfare, health and education policies to suit the new context, ensuring that all people enjoy the policies fairly and synchronously, and no one is left behind. Prioritize review and adjustment to soon implement a number of key resolutions and projects such as: Project "Improving the capacity of the city's public health system until 2030"; Resolution No. 09 on social housing development until 2030; Resolution No. 14 on innovating and improving the quality of vocational education to 2030, vision to 2045; Review and propose upgrading the school system throughout the city, meeting development requirements in the new period.
