✨✨ At the recent conference announcing the Prime Minister's Decisions on the establishment of Hai Phong Specialized Economic Zone, approving the General Planning of the Southern Hai Phong Coastal Economic Zone, and launching the Hai Phong Free Trade Zone, the city awarded Investment Registration Certificates and cooperation Memoranda of Understanding with a total capital of over 3.15 billion USD. The event further affirmed Hai Phong's position in attracting investment capital flows into the city.
