Promulgating the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of divisions and equivalent units under the Hai Phong City Department of Finance
Pursuant to Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025, of the Government stipulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones under provinces and centrally-run cities;
Pursuant to Circular No. 57/2025/TT-BTC dated June 25, 2025, of the Minister of Finance guiding the functions, tasks, and powers of the Department of Finance under the provincial-level People's Committee and the functions, tasks, and powers in the field of Finance - Planning of specialized agencies under the commune-level People's Committee;
Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2025/QD-UBND dated July 01, 2025, of the City People's Committee on the promulgation of the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Hai Phong City Department of Finance;
Considering the proposal of the Chief of the Department Office.
