Public announcement of supplementary state budget estimates for 2025 by the Department of Finance

DECISION
On the supplementary public disclosure of the state budget estimate for 2025
of the Department of Finance

 DIRECTOR OF HAI PHONG CITY DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP dated December 21, 2016, of the
Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the State Budget Law;
Pursuant to Circular No. 61/2017/TT-BTC dated June 15, 2017, of the Ministry
of Finance guiding the implementation of budget disclosure for budget-estimating units,
organizations supported by the state budget; Circular No. 90/2018/TT-BTC
dated September 28, 2018, of the Ministry of Finance on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular
No. 61/2017/TT-BTC;
Pursuant to Decision No. 10/2025/QD-UBND dated February 27, 2025, of the
People's Committee of Hai Phong City promulgating regulations on the functions, tasks, powers,
and organizational structure of the Hai Phong City Department of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2641/QD-UBND dated June 29, 2025, of the City People's
Committee on the allocation of funds for the implementation of Resolution No. 01/2025/NQ
HĐND dated February 20, 2025, of the City People's Council;
At the proposal of the Chief of the Department Office.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To publicly disclose the supplementary budget estimate data for 2025 of
the Hai Phong City Department of Finance (as per the attached appendix).
Form of disclosure: on the electronic information portal of the Hai Phong City Department of Finance.

    Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.                                                   
   Article 3. The Chief of Office, Chief Inspector, Heads of departments under the Department,
and relevant units and individuals shall implement this Decision./.
