Workshop "Vietnam - Japan Business Connection 2019"

Implementing the City Investment Promotion Program and implementing the activities of the Japan Working Group (Japan Desk) in 2019, including the task of supporting domestic manufacturing enterprises to connect investment and business with Japanese investors and businesses, on the afternoon of January 24, 2019, the Department of Finance - Standing agency of the Japan Working Group organized the Workshop "Vietnam - Japan Business Connection in 2019". 2019”. The seminar attracted more than 20 domestic businesses to attend and connect with the Japan Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation Organization (SMRJ) with the purpose of connecting, encouraging and creating conditions for Vietnamese businesses to participate in the global production and supply chain.

The theme of this event highlights innovation through an online networking platform called "J-GoodTech". J-GoodTech is an online connection site operated by SMRJ, an independent administrative unit in Japan whose mission is to support the building of business cooperation relationships between Japanese small and medium enterprises and global companies. SMRJ's support for Vietnamese businesses to join the J-GoodTech site will bring opportunities for Vietnamese businesses in the process of finding business partners by exchanging information between member companies on the system, as well as support from the Japanese Government.

The seminar was successful and left an impressionIt's good for the SMRJ organization to prepare and select the right participants, bringing about the expected results.

After attending the Workshop, SMRJ representatives were arranged to visit the production facilities of typical Vietnamese enterprises in the field of plastic mold manufacturing.
