The Hai Phong International Gateway Port investment and construction project used counterpart funds from Government bonds in 2016.
The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to harmonize and adjust the 2016 plan of counterpart capital (15 billion VND) from the viaduct construction project of the Mai Dich - Nam Thang Long section of Ring Road III of Hanoi city to the investment project to build Hai Phong international gateway port according to regulations.
The Ministry of Transport is responsible for reporting to the Prime Minister to allow adjustments to refund 15 billion VND for the viaduct construction project of the Mai Dich - Nam Thang Long section of belt III of Hanoi city after being authorized by the competent authority to supplement counterpart capital for the investment project to build Hai Phong international gateway port according to regulations.
