Tan Vu - Lach Huyen motorway is located on an important traffic axis from Cat Hai island through Dinh Vu peninsula to Hai Phong city according to the general planning of Hai Phong city and at the same time connects Lach Huyen gateway port with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway system and National Highway 5.
