The Ministry of Planning and Investment has just sent a document to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and affiliated agenciesc Government and other central agencies; People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities on the application of information technology in synthesizing and monitoring public investment plans.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment has granted accounts to the Departments of Finance of 63 localities to use the System. For ministries and central branches, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has just issued accounts to the department in charge of investment monitoring and evaluation. For units assigned to manage public investment under ministries and central branches that have not yet been granted accounts, please send registration to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Ministries, central branches and localities use the allocated accounts and refer to user manuals to direct investors of these project to review, scan and attach project decisions on the System including: Investment policy decisions, investment decisions, adjusted investment decisions; Direct investors of these projects to report on the implementation and disbursement of the 2016 public investment capital plan on the System.
For the 2017 public investment plan, direct the unit assigned to manage public investment to use the functions of preparing the 2017 Public Investment Plan on the System.
