Reduce administrative procedures, create a clear legal corridor
Accordingly, the City People's Committee requires departments, branches and localities to coordinate and synchronously implement solutions to promptly support businesses, cooperatives, and farmers to consume and export products in the post-Covid-19 epidemic period, with priority given to agricultural, forestry and aquatic products.
In the immediate future, focus on reviewing and reducing unnecessary administrative procedures to create an open legal corridor to serve people and businesses. Create favorable customs conditions for export, import, exit, entry, and transit activities in Vietnamese territory. Proactively develop plans and plans for agricultural, forestry and fishery consumption to promptly support and respond to the post-Covid-19 epidemic period to minimize risks in consumption and export.
The City People's Committee also encourages agricultural - forestry - fishery export enterprises in the area to invest in developing raw material areas on the basis of strengthening vertical links between components in the supply chain of safe products, from production to processing and consumption of agricultural - forestry - fishery products for export.
