Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, wanted the Association to unite, support each other to develop, and create competitiveness of the logistics service industry. The Association's leadership board truly represents the Hai Phong logistics business community to connect and respond to difficulties and problems, propose mechanisms, policies, solutions... to create a healthy business environment.
Hai Phong Logistics Association was established under Decision 2416/QD-UBND dated August 24, 2021 of Hai Phong City People's Committee, as a socio-professional organization. The Association has legal status, can use its own seal and open accounts according to regulations, and ensures its own funding and operating conditions in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Congress approved the operating direction and launched the Executive Committee of the Hai Phong Logistics Association, term 202-2026 with 11 members. Mr. Tran Tien Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sao A D.C Company is Chairman of the Association./.
