(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Recently, architectural design plans for the city's Political and Administrative Center; The City Convention and Performance Center in the North Cam River Urban Area has been designated as the Investor by the City's Urban Development and Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board, and the Competition Organizing Committee organizes displays, exhibitions, and consultations to get public opinions on the winning plans in the Hoang Van Thu bridge area, on the south bank of Minh Khai ward, Hong Bang district.
03 architectural design options are displayed including codes: IB14, HH68 and SG22, which are 03 winning options (including 2 Second prizes and 1 Third prize) in the competition selected by the Examination Council (the competition does not have a First prize).

After displaying public consultation, the Contest Organizing Committee received hundreds of comments from city residents on architectural design options.
Currently, architectural design plans continue to be publicly displayed at the foot of Hoang Van Thu bridge (Hong Bang district). The Contest Organizing Committee will continue to receive comments from the community until the end of February 2022.
