The Chairman requested the Secretaries and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, communes, wards, and towns to gather and urgently evacuate people from apartment buildings, degraded houses, low-lying areas, waterway vehicles that have returned to their anchorages, and cages for aquaculture and seafood farming on rivers, seas, and bays, completed on time (before 8:00 p.m. on the day).
