(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of March 14, the Central Internal Affairs Committee organized an online conference to introduce the application of artificial intelligence in the field of internal affairs and citizen identification, electronic identification, and population data. At the Conference, officials and civil servants of the Party's Internal Affairs sector were introduced by Rapporteurs who are experts in the field of technology and leaders of the Police Department of Administrative Management of Social Order and Safety (Ministry of Public Security) about the features of artificial intelligence, citizen identification with electronic chips, and electronic identification. At the same time, the Central Internal Affairs Committee is suggested to research the features and applications of artificial intelligence and the national population database in preventing and combating corruption and negativity, practicing thrift and combating waste. From there, we aim to control construction investment projects and avoid spillovers and inefficiencies.
