(Haiphong.gov.vn) – In order to deploy and implement fully, effectively and on schedule the tasks and solutions on Digital Transformation in 2022, the City People's Committee has issued Plan 74/KH-UBND to clearly define the roadmap, completion time, implementation responsibilities and at the same time urge and supervise agencies and units to ensure completion of the proposed plan.

With 11 key tasks and solutions, in this Plan, the City People's Committee requires Departments, branches and localities to strengthen propaganda on digital transformation, digital applications and digital skills for people on the city's media platforms; review, propose amendments and supplements to the system of legal documents on IT and communications, businesses, innovative startups, intellectual property, develop policy solutions to promote telecommunications infrastructure development in the city... People's Committees of districts build and develop high-quality broadband infrastructure in the area; Deploying a digital platform for agencies, units and localities to store, manage and use effectively on the Internet.The digital environment serves as the basis for establishing a shared data warehouse connected to the city's shared data warehouse, which allows businesses and people to participate in digitizing data.
Upgrading information technology equipment and facilities at agencies and units
To develop Digital Government, the City People's Committee's plan focuses on developing and upgrading the LAN, WAN, internet infrastructure of agencies, connecting to specialized data transmission networks, ensuring stable, efficient operation, redundancy and high availability without connection interruption. Converting IPv6 in Hai Phong City State agencies, period 2021 - 2025, focusing on converting the core network of the City Data Integration Center and e-Government system. Upgrade information technology equipment and facilities at agencies and units from city to commune level and ensure terminal equipment (computers, printers...) meet digital conversion requirements.
