Specifically, the Xuan Cau Industrial Park project (port services) with an area of 752 hectares located in the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai economic zone, has been approved by the Prime Minister as an investment policy decision. 5 projects: Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park, Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park, Tien Thanh Industrial Park, expanded Trang Due Industrial Park, Giang Bien 2 Industrial Park have submitted applications for investment policy approval at the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
There are 9 projects that are completing processes and procedures for implementation (total area of 3,466ha): Cau Cuu Industrial Park, An Hoa Industrial Park, An Hung-Dai Ban Industrial Park, Vinh Quang Industrial Park, Ngu Phuc-Kien Thuy Industrial Park, Sao Mai Industrial Park (Tien Lang 1), Vinh Quang Shipbuilding Industrial Park (Tien Lang 2), Cai Trap Island Industrial Park, Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park (phase 2). The city is directing and guiding according to the instructions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment for 2 industrial parks to convert to the ecological industrial park model: Dinh Vu Industrial Park (invested by Dinh Vu Industrial Park Joint Stock Company) and Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park (invested by Shinec Joint Stock Company).
In addition, Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park Zone 1, Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park Zone 2, An Duong Industrial Park are actively accelerating infrastructure construction and attracting investment; Hai Phong International Gateway Port Industrial Park (Deep C3) is focusing on site clearance and infrastructure construction.
