On the morning of October 2, Hai Phong State Treasury issued an order to implement "Unifying the focal point for controlling state budget expenditures through the State Treasury system" from October 2, 2017. Attending the order issuance ceremony were representatives of the Party Committee Secretaries of city agencies, leaders of the Department of Finance, State Treasury, Customs Department, City Tax Department, State Reserve Department of the Northeast region and representatives of units using state budget in the city.
Leadership of the State Treasury announced the issuance of an order to "Unify the focal point for controlling state budget expenditures through the State Treasury system"
Representative of the city's State Treasury leadership approved the Project "Unifying the focal point for controlling state budget expenditures through the State Treasury system" which has been implemented in a number of provinces and cities in the State Treasury system. Accordingly, the Project initially brought many positive results in reforming administrative procedures, simplifying documents and documents, applying information technology to receive documents, make online payments, and shorten document processing time at the State Treasury. The project was widely deployed nationwide from October 1, 2017.
