(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of December 30, Ngo Quyen District held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Green Park Construction Project at 53 Lach Tray, Lach Tray Ward. The project aims to contribute to improving the quality and living conditions of the people, increase the efficiency of urban land use, green area, act as a "green lung" to regulate the climate in the central city area and also be a place to visit and stop for domestic and foreign tourists when coming to Hai Phong city.
