– On the morning of December 20, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen district held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the investment project to build a resettlement and urban embellishment area at alley 226 Le Lai, May Chai ward with a total investment of more than 440 billion VND. The project aims toimprove and upgrade the technical and social infrastructure systems in the area, contributing to the socio-economic development of Ngo Quyen district in particular and the city in general.

View of the Project's Groundbreaking Ceremony.The project to build a resettlement and urban embellishment area in the area of lane 226 Le Lai has an investment scale, including: site clearance and demolition of old works on a land area of 16.2 hectares; Complete construction of the technical infrastructure system of the resettlement area on an area of 2.67 hectares with items: leveling, roads, rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage, water supply, lighting, in street trees, green lawns...; Arrange 244 lots to serve resettlement needs for land clearance of Nguyen Trai Bridge Construction Investment Project and on-site resettlement; Build 02 routes along the North-South, East-West axis of the 16.2ha land area with technical infrastructure systems on the routes (rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage system, water supply, lighting, street trees).
Chairman of Ngo Quyen District People's Committee Cap Trong Tuan spoke at the Groundbreaking Ceremony.Speaking at the Groundbreaking Ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District Cap Trong Tuan said that the project to build a resettlement area and urban embellishment in the area of lane 226 Le Lai carries out land acquisition for an area of 16.2 hectares, involving 14 organizations and 58 households and individuals to build a resettlement area to serve land clearance. The project to build Nguyen Trai bridge and resettlement at place; create a reserve fund to serve the needs of resettlement arrangements for other projects in Ngo Quyen district, and at the same time relocate old factories and warehouses that are being used ineffectively to exploit land funds for urban beautification. Recently, Ngo Quyen district has actively propagated and mobilized organizations, households and individuals to accept money and hand over the premises. To date, there have been 7/14 groups43/58 households complied with handing over the land with an area of 11 hectares, accounting for nearly 70% of the total recovered area...
