(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of February 28, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam went on site to inspect and listen to progress reports on the implementation of component projects under the Investment Program to build parks, flower gardens, and green trees in the districts, period 2021-2025.
