– On the morning of December 20, Duong Kinh District People's Committee held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Hai Phong Road Construction Investment Project, Hoa Nghia Ward, Duong Kinh District.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were comrades: Dao Van Ninh, Secretary of the District Party Committee; Vu Binh Duong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Nguyen Minh Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee; along with the leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district and representatives of relevant agencies, units and localities.

The Hai Phong road construction investment project, Hoa Nghia ward, Duong Kinh district is a group B project, level III traffic project, with a length of 915m, roadbed width 28m, road surface width 15m, sidewalk 5mx2 wide, median strip 3m wide. Soft pavement structure - hot asphalt concrete pavement. Complete construction of urban technical infrastructure projects: rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, lighting systems, road signs, sidewalks, and trees. At the same time, expand the intersection with Road 353. Total project investment is over 146.8 billion VND. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.

This is one of three important projects that the city is interested in investing in and implementing in the district from 2022 to present. After completion, Hai Phong route and Dai Thang route, the urban face of Hoa Nghia ward will change, meeting the convenient transportation needs of people in the district and surrounding areas; step by step meeting the criteria for a class 1 urban area according to Decision No. 2392 dated December 5, 2013 of the City People's Committee approving the detailed planning at scale 1/2000 of Duong Kinh district to 2025, and at the same time contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 3rd District Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term.
