Beginning in June 2021, the construction of the Political - Administrative Center of Ngo Quyen District is built on a 13,600 m2 campus in the New Urban Area of Junction 5 - Cat Bi Airport with the highlight being the office building of the District Party Committee - People's Council - District People's Committee with 9 floors above ground and 1 basement; floor area of more than 1,400m²; Total floor area is more than 7,800m², ensuring about 250 officials, civil servants, public employees and workers working regularly. Along with that is the Convention Center; The square area with a system of green trees, lawns, flower beds, and fountains creates a bright green, modern, harmonious, friendly landscape... In particular, the new Political - Administrative Center of the district is invested in installing synchronous, smart, and modern equipment.These are: Smart Operation Center - IOC, One-Stop Department, Conference Hall, Digital Meeting Rooms... creating a solid foundation for the process of building and developing a strong Ngo Quyen District, operating transparently, consistently, effectively and efficiently.
