Implement Resolution No. 03-NQ/TU dated October 26, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on digital transformation of Hai Phong city to 2025, orientation to 2030; Plan No. 12/KH-UBND dated January 12, 2023 of the City People's Committee on digital transformation of Hai Phong city in 2023. Hai Phong Department of Finance implements the Program to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in digital transformation for the period 2023-2025 with the goal of supporting newly established SMEs in Hai Phong city to access, learn and benefit from the support policies of government in digital transformation to optimize operations, improve capacity and competitive advantage, and create value for businesses.
Hai Phong Department of Finance coordinated with VNPT - Hai Phong, VIETTEL Hai Phong, MISA Joint Stock Company to organize a Conference to deploy support policies on digital platforms for newly established SMEs in Hai Phong city to implement digital transformation including: Electronic digital signature, remote digital signature, electronic invoice issuance software, human resources management software, business administration software, enterprise accounting software. At the conference, SMEs will have access to support policies on digital transformation; Directly receive support packages for digital transformation solutions including: Free digital signature support for the first year when receiving the first business registration certificate; Supports the first 300 electronic invoice numbers and many other support packages for digital conversion.
Conference organization time: ½ day, starting from 8h 00 May 23, 2023 (Tuesday).
