(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the evening of May 11, at the city's Political - Administrative Center square, the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city solemnly organized the 2024 Red Phoenix Flower Festival program with the theme "Hai Phong - Brightening up the heritage region" associated with the 69th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2024) and received the title of World Natural Heritage Ha Long Bay - Cat Ba Archipelago from the UNESCO World Heritage Committee.

Hai Phong and Quang Ninh will develop an Action Program to preserve and maximize the value of the heritage of Ha Long Bay - Cat Ba Islands.
