In September 2024, the Department Inspectorate issued 04 decisions to sanction administrative violations with a total amount of 335 million VND, including:
– 03 decisions to sanction administrative violations against 03 enterprises violating the Investment Law during the implementation of capital investment projects outside the state budget with the amount of 320 million VND;
– 01 decision to sanction an administrative violation against 01 enterprise violating the Enterprise Law with the amount of 15 million VND.
The total amount of fines for administrative violations collected into the state budget is 335 million VND.
