Previously, since October 2022, Ngo Quyen District People's Committee has actively implemented the order and procedures for land recovery to implement the Project, approved compensation, support and resettlement plans to ensure compliance with the law; received great support from officials, Party members and people as well as organizations and businesses. As of March 10, 2024, there have been 94/98 households and 07/07 organized to hand over the site for the Investor to implement the Project. For the remaining 04 households in May Chai ward, the District People's Committee has directed the entire political system from district to ward to continue propagandizing and campaigning so that households support the city's land recovery policy and be fully and properly aware of the State's land recovery policies and regimes.
