(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of January 20, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho chaired an inspection of the progress of the investment project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 10 from Da Bac bridge to Kien bridge. According to the Investor's report, site clearance work for project construction involved 11 organizations and 1,564 households with a total area of more than 471,000 m2; Up to this point, Thuy Nguyen district has accounted for 100%, publicized the compensation plan, approved 545/1,564 households and made payments to 475 households. The remaining problem now is the residential land because there is no specific land price to calculate compensation and support for land recovery.

Regarding construction work, up to now the contractor consortium has constructed 6.3km/10.9km on the right route and 4.9km/10.9km on the left route, reaching about 30% of the contract volume. Construction of bridges on the route such as Hang Luong bridge reached 40%; Price demand reached 53%; Trinh Xa bridge reached 66% of the contract volume; The two resettlement areas of Kien Bai and Luu Kiem have reached progress of 60% and 90% of the volume, respectively...
