(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The City People's Committee Office has just issued Notice 330/TB-VP conveying the Conclusion of Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho at the recent unscheduled inspection of a number of projects in Do Son district.
After inspecting and listening to the leaders of Do Son District People's Committee, together with the Supervision Consultants and Construction Contractors reporting at the Project site, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho concluded and directed as follows:
Project to build a road from the coastal road to Van Bun intersection, Ly Thai To street, Do Son district with a route length of 6.2 km.
For the investment project to build a road from the coastal road (Km100) to Van Bun intersection (Ly Thai To street) in Do Son district, the Vice Chairman assigned the People's Committee of Do Son district to urgently complete the compensation, support and exchange payment plan for all remaining households. Focus on mobilizing households who have received compensation, support, and comply with site handover to organize construction and implementation of the Project. In case households do not agree to hand over the premises, Do Son district is requested to urgently complete the enforcement documents, consult with relevant agencies, synthesize and propose a report to the City People's Committee before December 15, 2023.
Along with that, review and manage the land fund on both sides of the road of the above Project, to prevent cases of re-encroachment from occurring. Urge construction contractors to gather machinery, equipment, human and material resources to organize demolition, site management and start construction immediately after Do Son District People's Committee hands over. Continue to accelerate the construction progress to complete the project according to the schedule committed to the city, paying attention to ensuring the quality and technical requirements of the project. At the same time, labor safety and environmental hygiene must be ensured, and labor safety must not be lost during construction work.
For the project to upgrade and expand Hop Duc road, Hop Duc ward and the project to upgrade and expand Thuong Duc road, Minh Duc ward, Do Son district. The Vice Chairman assigned Do Son District People's Committee to urgently inspect and review land origins, speed up the implementation of compensation, support and site clearance; Continue to propagate and mobilize to create spread, consensus, and pay compensation, support, and site clearance for organizations and households whose land is recovered and soon hand over the site for project implementation.
