Digital infrastructure has been paid attention to promoting implementation; 4G mobile broadband infrastructure has covered 100% of district and commune levels in the city; Completed and put into operation 214 new BTS stations with 4G technology, an increase of 11% compared to the statistics at the end of 2021...The specialized data transmission network has connected to most commune-level agencies, except for 2 island district communes; The city completed connecting specialized data transmission channels to 251/253 Departments, branches, districts, communes, wards and towns in the city, reaching 99.2%....

However, according to the Chairman, digital transformation is a new and difficult task, so implementation in many departments, branches, districts is still confused, many tasks are still slow and do not meet the requirements. Therefore, today's meeting is very important to recognize and reassess the difficulties and obstacles to solve them together, ensuring that the implementation of digital transformation brings high efficiency and avoids waste.
