Art program "Youth Aspirations"

Welcoming the success of the 13th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Communist Youth Union, term 2017 - 2022, on the evening of September 30, at the City Theater Square, the Hai Phong City Youth Union organized the Public Performance and Awards program of the 2017 City-level Revolutionary Song Propaganda Team Festival with the theme "Youth Aspiration". From the 24 performances participating in the final round of the Festival of Revolutionary Song Propaganda Teams, the organizers selected the 9 best performances to perform. With the theme "Youth's Desire", the units sing and sing in praise of the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, the country and the image of communist soldiers and elite youth through songs: Lullaby Country, People Returning to Homeland, My Heart Loves a Soldier, Red Village Militia, Yellow Star Red Co, Truong Son Stick, City of Flowers on Fire, Voluntary, Love of Fatherland.

The organizing committee awarded 1 excellent prize, 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes and 15 third prizes to the performances; awarded Certificates of Merit to units that well implemented the movement at the grassroots level.

Also at the program, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes for the photo board display contest to welcome the City Youth Union Congress. From 26 photo works from districts, district unions, and affiliated grassroots unions, the organizing committee awarded 1 excellent prize, 1 first prize, 1 second prize and 7 third prizes.

On this occasion, the Youth Union awarded 20 scholarships, each worth 1.2 million VND, to students in difficult circumstances who strive to study well in the city.
