(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of December 24, Comrade Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee inspected the construction progress and listened to reports on compensation and site clearance of a number of key projects in Thuy Nguyen district. Regarding the project to build technical infrastructure in the North Cam River urban area, with a total area of 306.1 hectares recovered by 15 organizations and 2,785 households (residential land and land for housing is 1,300 households); Up to now, 7/15 organizations, 1,486/1,488 agricultural land households and 911/1,300 residential land households have received compensation and support. The actual area of site clearance that has been constructed is about 264.1 hectares, of which the City People's Committee has decided to hand over (phase 1) to the investor to implement the project of 220 hectares. In the coming time, we will focus on site clearance work, mobilizing to receive compensation, support and enforcement of land recovery in priority areas assigned by the city with a total of 67 households that have not received money in priority areas.

Up to now, 4 organizations and 1,690 households have approved the plan, 37 households have not approved the plan; 1,389/1,690 households have received compensation, 30/1,690 households have not received money. Phase 2, from Thuy Trieu commune to Tam Hung commune, has a total length of 5.2 km, an area of 15.6 hectares, with 1,101 households having their land recovered; To date, 1,067 households have approved the plan, 34 households have not approved the plan; 757 households received compensation, 310 households have not received money.

Up to now, there are 41 households that have not received compensation or support and 7 households have received money but have not handed over the premises.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee also specifically directed a number of works related to projects in the district, which suggested: Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 10 and Project to renovate and upgrade Road 359 must strive to be completed in 2022; Research on raising the height of Trinh Xa bridge in Thien Huong commune; The district researches and approves resettlement to suit the current time, adjusting to increase the residential land area in the resettlement project. With the Min Town Road Improvement Investment Projecth Duc and Trang Kenh 2 bridge strive to be completed before Lunar New Year 2022.
