Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee introduced the city's socio-economic development situation, emphasizing Hai Phong's position in the Northern region, with a synchronous infrastructure system, inter-regional and world transport connections; has the largest seaport system in the North and high-speed rail projects are preparing to be implemented. Currently, Hai Phong is actively establishing more industrial parks ready to attract new investors.
